Privacy Policy
This policy has been designed by CAEN SpA to share what information we collect and how we use it. This document describes the privacy policy governing the processing of personal and non-personal data of customers, users, and other third parties who provide CAEN SpA with the various products and services we offer.
Our app:
- Does not collect (or share) personal information of children
- Does not collect location data
- Does not feature third-party advertising
Objectives
CAEN SpA understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. We do not voluntarily process personal data related to minors without prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Should we become aware that the personal data collected corresponds to a minor without authorization, appropriate measures are taken to delete such data as soon as possible.
Data Collection and Purpose of Processing
We do not collect any personal information from children with our App. When you download and use our application, we do not ask you to provide any information, and we do not collect any personal information about you or your device. We do not provide any personal information to anyone outside of our company.
Exercise of Access, Rectification, Deletion, and Opposition Rights
Customers, users, and other third parties who have provided personal data to any CAEN SpA company can contact each to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition regarding the data provided, according to the terms established in the current legislation on personal data protection.

This Policy is governed by Italian law and in particular by:
- European Regulation 679/2016
- Italian Privacy Code D. Lgs. 196/2003 and 101/2018
- Other laws or regulations related or analogous applicable.
We also comply with the law on the protection of children’s online privacy. Our app (mobile applications) complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, and if a user identifies as under 13 years of age through a support request or any feedback, we will not collect, store, or use such data and will securely delete any personal information of such user.

The privacy policy of CAEN SpA has been updated in February 2024.
CAEN SpA reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in case of a change in legislation, jurisprudential doctrinal criteria, or business criteria. If changes are introduced to this Policy, the new text will be promptly published.
