CAEN S.p.A. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our Production and Test Team. This role is key to ensuring efficient production flows, optimizing delivery schedules, and supporting overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Manage material procurement based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Track production progress against plans, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Supervise production processes, promptly addressing any critical issues.
• Propose and implement solutions to optimize production costs, reduce purchasing expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
• Guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to established deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical background in electronics, ideally with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an Electronic Technician diploma (Laurea Triennale o Laurea Magistrale o Diploma di Perito).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central (main daily tool).
