4 independent HV channels in a 2U NIM module with 3.5″ touchscreen
Up to ±8 kV, 3 mA (12 W per channel) with selectable polarity
Low ripple, high stability, and common floating return
Full protections, interlocks, and high-resolution current monitoring
USB-C/Ethernet remote control with software for configuration and management
The CAEN Mod. N2470ET is a double-width NIM module providing four independent high-voltage channels. Each channel delivers up to ±8 kV output voltage, with a maximum current of 3 mA and maximum power of 12 W.
Thanks to its ARM-based architecture, the module offers advanced channel management features, including software-controlled polarity reversal. All channels share a common floating return, fully insulated from the crate ground, while high-voltage outputs are available via SHV connectors.
Ramp-up and ramp-down rates are independently programmable for each channel from 1 to 500 V/s, with 1 V/s resolution. The module provides 5 nA Iset/Imon resolution and includes a ×10 Imon zoom function, enabling current monitoring down to 500 pA precision.
Local control is available through a TouchScreen LCD display featuring a redesigned, intuitive user interface, while remote operation is supported via USB 2.0 (Type-C) and Ethernet.
