The modules A7585D/A7585DU and DT5485P are a compact desktop solution to provide stable and noiseless power supply for single and array/matrix SiPM detectors. A7585D/A7585DU are high voltage regulators specifically designed for SiPM bias. Each of them, provides a built in temperature compensation controller with programmable coefficient.

  • 20–85 V output up to 10 mA with 1 mV setting resolution

  • Ultra-low noise (< 300 µV rms) with temperature-stabilized output

  • High-resolution monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature

  • Digital (UART/I2C) and analog control with onboard memory

  • Extremely compact module with ZEUS software support

Smart control

The module can be digitally controlled by UART and I2C. A7585DU moreover integrates a USB to UART bridge and it could be powered from USB. Output voltage could be also controlled proportionally to an analog input.

A7585D/A7585DU can provide up to 10 mA and the output voltage could be regulated between 20V and 85V with a resolution of 1mV. Moreover, the ZEUS control software is provided for free; ZEUS allows to monitor and control multiple modules at same time.

Applications

  • SiPM (single and matrix) bias
  • PIN diodes bias
  • SiPM characterization
  • High resolution spectroscopy systems
  • Medical Imaging systems
  • LIDARs

Plug and Play

The A7585DU model comes with Micro-USB Connection for an easy plug ‘n play functionality providing power and data transfer in one cable. Simple to setup and control, just install the software ZEUS.

The module also has a 2.54 mm connector to integrate it in the user circuit and operate in self-power mode.

Software

ZEUS Control Software is a Windows compatible software that allows to control multiple A7585D and A7585DU modules using RS232 or USB connection. The software is based on a user-friendly GUI that allows the parameters configuration and the data logging on file. It integrates real-time plot capabilities (voltage, current and temperature) with the possibility to superimpose measurements from several modules.

ZEUS software is the simplest way to program temperature LUT compensation.
