The Preamplifiers – ³He Tube Detectors family provides dedicated front-end electronics for neutron detection systems based on ³He and BF₃ proportional counters, including position-sensitive tubes and monitoring detectors. These modules convert detector charge signals into low-noise analog outputs while preserving timing and spatial information, enabling accurate neutron counting, spectroscopy, and position reconstruction. Designed for both laboratory and field applications, they support high counting rates, stable long-term operation, and seamless integration with shaping amplifiers, ADCs, and digital pulse processing systems.
Solutions within the family range from compact units with integrated shaping and discrimination for counting and trigger generation, to high-channel-density rack systems optimized for multi-tube arrays and position-sensitive detectors. Features such as pole-zero optimization, configurable timing, and compatibility with external biasing and power systems ensure flexible deployment across neutron instrumentation, safeguards, and non-destructive analysis setups.
