The Amplifiers (Fast) family provides wide-bandwidth, low-jitter signal amplification for fast detector and trigger applications where timing precision and signal integrity are critical. Designed for use with scintillators, PMTs, silicon detectors, and other fast sensors, these modules deliver high-speed bipolar amplification with sub-nanosecond rise times, minimal propagation delay, and excellent linearity across a wide dynamic range.
Available in both NIM and VME formats with multi-channel architectures, the family offers fixed or adjustable gain configurations, channel cascading for extended gain, and precise offset calibration. With bandwidths up to hundreds of MHz, 50 Ω impedance matching, and ±2 V output dynamics, these amplifiers ensure accurate signal conditioning prior to digitization or discrimination. Their compact implementation and high channel density make them ideal for time-of-flight measurements, fast trigger systems, and high-rate experimental setups requiring reliable, low-distortion signal amplification.
