The One-Channel MCA family is designed as a compact yet highly capable digital spectroscopy platform for laboratory measurements, detector characterization and small-scale acquisition systems. Built around a high-resolution digitization chain and a programmable FPGA architecture, the system performs real-time digital pulse processing for precise energy extraction while maintaining full flexibility for custom firmware development.
The platform integrates a high-speed 14-bit ADC with an embedded SoC-FPGA, enabling multi-parameter acquisition modes such as trapezoidal-filter spectroscopy, charge integration, peak detection and pulse-shape discrimination within a single device. Its embedded computing layer supports Python or C++ applications running locally on the instrument. Web-based control and analysis tools, combined with standard communication interfaces, make the system suitable for both standalone laboratory use and integration into larger distributed acquisition setups.
High-resolution up to 64k digital MCA with 14-bit, 200 MS/s acquisition and real-time digital pulse processing
Multi-parameter acquisition modes including spectroscopy, charge integration, PSD and peak detection
Compact standalone instrument with Ethernet/USB connectivity, web-based GUI and seamless integration into modern DAQ workflows
