The Preamplifiers – Charge Sensitive family includes a wide range of low-noise front-end solutions designed to convert detector charge into proportional voltage signals for accurate energy and timing measurements. These preamplifiers are optimized for semiconductor, silicon strip, gas, and position-sensitive detectors, supporting both single-channel and high-density multi-channel configurations.
Featuring selectable sensitivities, fast response, and excellent noise performance, they ensure reliable operation across a broad range of detector capacitances and counting rates. Integrated bias distribution, test inputs for calibration, and differential outputs for long-distance transmission enable flexible integration in both laboratory setups and large-scale experiments. Compact form factors and low power consumption also allow direct detector coupling, including operation in vacuum or radiation-intensive environments.
