Passive adapter from 17×2 2.54 mm female header to 16 LEMO connectors on 50 Ω coaxial cables (MCX version available). Two length options: 50 cm / 1 m.
Examples of use:

with the inputs of V785.
to connect the outputs of N568E to the LEMO inputs of a Discriminator (e.g V812, V895, C808, N840, N841, N842, N843, N844, N845).
with the inputs of N674 or V1741 with A371.
